Shipping
We offer free shipping on all US orders.
Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.
We can make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail oyvey@shoptchotchke.com or give us a call at (516)754-6551 Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm ET if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily reroute your package to a new address for an additional fee of $40.

Shipping Timelines
US ORDERS:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
2-Day and Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We currently do not ship to customers outside of the United States.
Returns
Tchotchke will accept returns on domestic orders of any unused, undamaged merchandise within 15 days of order date. Please let us know within 15 days of the invoice date and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the returned merchandise is delivered and received at our warehouse.
Returned merchandise outside of the 15 day order date will be refunded in the form of shop credit.
We are not able to accept returns that arrive greater than 30 days from the invoice date, returns not accompanied by a RA number or the return of goods purchased from any other retail store or website other than shoptchotchke.com
If You Receive A Damaged Or Incorrect Item:
Please report any damages or incorrect items to us within 14 days of the order date. We'll send you a UPS return label with a pre-assigned Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send a new item to you immediately (unless it is back-ordered, in which case we will contact you). All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the order date in order to receive a replacement or refund.We are not able to accept returns that arrive greater than 30 days from the invoice date, or returns not accompanied by a RA number.Please call (516)754-6551 or email oyvey@shoptchotchke.com for a return.
